INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT METHODS

Farmacia Serra supports the following payment methods so that each customer can choose the one that best suits their needs:

Credit and debit card: It is a simple, safe and quick payment option. We accept credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB through a secure SSL connection, which redirects you to the Redsys payment gateway where you must enter your data. Once the payment is accepted, an access button to our website is enabled, thus completing the purchase process. Farmacia Serra in no case whatsoever, has access to your bank details or stores any information.
Bizum: If you have the Bizum service, you can pay using your phone number and a subsequent authentication with your
Paypal: You can use your Paypal account to pay for your It is also possible to pay by credit or debit card through this platform without having an account. This method is recommended for international payments

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

SHIPPING COSTS:

At Farmacia Serra we ship internationally, with the exception of medicine and products in liquid form.

The rates for packages up to 500gr are:

Andorra: 10,50€
Europe: 14,50€
Other countries: 18,50€

In case of packages exceeding 500 grams, we will contact the customer to inform them of the extra cost involved.

It must be taken into account that in countries that do not belong to the European Union, customs surcharges may occur. In these cases, the customer will be directly informed and will be personally responsible for these taxes of each country.

Farmacia Serra is not responsible for taxes or customs fees that some countries apply to the entry of foreign shipments. Therefore, this will not be justiﬁed as a reason for the return of an order.

DELIVERY TIMES

The average order preparation time is from 12h to 48h depending on availability.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Therefore, orders placed from Friday at 4pm to Sunday will be processed from Monday onwards.

International shipments are made through the Spanish postal service of Correos.

Shipping and transport:

Andorra: 3 to 5 working days
Europe: 7 and 10 working days
Rest of the countries: 15 and 21 working days

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices include VAT.

If we do not have stock at the time of processing the order, we will contact the customer immediately and will notify a new delivery time or if the customer prefers, the refund of the purchase value.

The prices of the online pharmacy may not coincide with those of the physical pharmacy.

PARAPHARMACY RETURNS (non-medicinal products)

Once you receive your product you have 14 days to return it.

To do this you must send an email to: [email protected]

Please include:

Your full name
Order number and date
Name of the product to be returned
Reason for return

If the reasons for the return are the responsibility of Farmacia Serra (defective product, breakage or processing error) the product will be exchanged free of charge for the customer.

Otherwise, if the reasons are unrelated to Farmacia Serra and not justiﬁed, the return costs will be held responsible by the customer.

In both cases, the product will only be accepted if they have not been opened or unsealed.

In case of receiving a broken product, you must inform us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the package, otherwise we cannot accept any claim. In this case you must send us a photo of the broken product.

SALE OF MEDICINES

Medicines for human use not subject to medical prescription dispensed at a distance, must comply with all the requirements demanded in the country of destination (including authorized name, labeling, package insert, etc.), therefore WE DO NOT DISPENSE MEDICINE OUTSIDE SPAIN.
